- Receipt is REQUIRED for all exchanges or returns.
- Returns or exchanges are only accepted within 30 days of the original receipt date.
- Returned items must be in a new, unused condition with all original packaging and tags still attached.
- Funds will be returned in the same method used to make the original payment.
- Returns paid by check, will be returned by company check, mailed no sooner than 28 days after the receipt date.
- Returned check/NSF fee is $35.00.
- All returns are subject to manager’s approval.
- Special Orders can’t be returned.
- Decorated items can’t be returned.
- All Sale purchases/Clearance items are FINAL, NO refunds will be given.
- Defective items will only be refunded with store credit and prorated up to 60 days.
- Soccer Plus honors manufacturer’s warranties.
